5 of the Most Expensive Denver Mansions
We’re not all in the market for one of the most expensive Denver mansions but that doesn’t mean we can’t do some window shopping. While you read this article I want you to forget about the mortgage payment is on $18,000,000 or the electric bill for 20,000 square feet. Picture yourself living your best life in one of these mansions.
The best of 2018 includes a contemporary mansion in the heart of Denver, a 55 acre estate in Castle Pines, and a 12 bathroom mansion in Cherry Hills Village.
10 Cherry Hills Park Drive, Cherry Hills Village
$18,000,000
This listing boasts a “Transitional French Home” that has been completely rebuilt in recent years. With over 20,000 square feet in this mansion there’s room for a 3,000 square foot pool indoor swimming pool and pool house. You have to see this kitchen though! I mean seriously, how beautiful is that?
The listing says the cabinets are custom made and “one of a kind”. What I love is the mixture of grey and light brown cabinets. I’m a huge fan of the light brown wood because it reminds me of beach wood. It looks like a 60 inch Viking range and if you haven’t seen one of these in person, you need to! 5 feet of cooking surface and most of them have a skillet in the middle. Every time I see one, I go back to my childhood dreams of being a hibachi chef.
An $18,000,000 price tag doesn’t sound so bad when you see this estate from the air.
Don’t ask me how long it would take to mow the backyard but I think it would be perfect for a private driving range.
10687 Evans Ridge Road, Parker
$12,900,000
For the next mansion, we head about 40 minutes South of Denver to Parker. Marketed as a family or corporate retreat and 45,000 square feet, it’s a no-brainer it’s a horse property. Looking through the pictures of this listing I feel like it rivals a small hotel.
Complete with amenities like locker rooms, bowling alley, arcade game room, and garage parking for 29 cars. In my opinion, none of that really compares to the wine cellar (pictured).
I mean seriously, take a look at this wine cellar! I’ve been in liquor stores with fewer bottles of wine. I bet this wine cellar has ventilation too, I can picture Mr. or Mrs. Homeowner enjoying a cigar and a nice glass of wine in here.
7 Cantitoe Lane, Cherry Hills Village
$11,900,000
One of the more serene Denver mansions on this list sits on another 5 acres in Cherry Hills Village.
The listing markets unique building materials like Rubble Texas limestone, distressed alder wood, and antique Douglas fir beams and the design of this mansion is beautiful. Some of the views in the listing pictures are breathtaking. This mansion is perfect for entertaining, especially the basement which offers all the necessities like a billiards table, shuffle board, a large bar, and living room.
Of course for our active Colorado lifestyle, no mansion is complete without an exercise room and pool. The outdoor living areas featured in the listing pictures look like resort pictures. This is one of my favorite mansions on the list!
576 South Elizabeth Street, Denver
$11,500,000
The modern mansion on the list is in the Cory Merrill neighborhood in heart of Denver. It’s hard to picture 20,000 square feet in one of Denver’s highly sought after neighborhoods but somehow they have 3.5 acres. I’m not always a fan of modern architecture but something I really appreciate is the symmetry of this building. You have to see the inside of this mansion to appreciate the art which are mostly museum pieces. Undoubtedly, this is one of the most unique properties in Denver, no one will mistake this mansion for any other!
7007 Daniels Park Road, Castle Pines
$9,000,000
By far the biggest estate on this list by amount of land is found about 45 minutes South of Denver. Dubbed the “Pretty Woman Ranch” with 55 acres and 13,000 square feet is a perfect estate for every horse lover. A 36,000 square foot equestrian training center and 2,200 square foot barn are just a short walk from the front door of this mansion. By no means am I a horse expert but I know this estate is perfect for long horse rides and equestrian training at top levels. You have to see the inside of this mansion though, the listing mentions it is modeled after a European Chateau.

One of the Denver mansions that didn’t quite make the list can be found here. I may be a little biased because it was designed by us, but it was just voted one of Colorado’s Best Kitchens for 2018 by Colorado’s Best Kitchen Magazine.
